FAQs
At what time do you arrive and leave?
Our standard arrival time is 5:30pm and then we’re all yours until 12am. For an additional hourly rate, we can arrive earlier or finish later if you wish.
Early Arrival: £30pp per hour
1 am finish: £200
Do you provide lighting and sound system?
Yes, we are completely self-contained. You don’t need to provide anything other than a good electrical supply for us to plug our equipment into. We carry an industry-standard PA system and a range of LED lighting so that the stage and dancefloor area is lit and looks great!
How much do we pay for travel to the venue?
The cost for fuel is 52p per mile per vehicle, as recommended on the musicians union website. We always share vehicles where possible, however, we usually have 2 or 3 cars travelling to the venue. For more information please get in contact.
How much does it cost to book you?
We are unable to give a fixed price for events as we have to take into account circumstances such as travel, dates, add ons, PA requirements etc… To find out more about our prices please see the Wedding/Events pages.
What do you wear?
We tend to wear smart casual attire, however, if you are having a more formal party/wedding, please let us know and we will be happy to dress accordingly.
How long do you play for?
We normally play 2 x 1 hour sets, however, if you prefer we can play 3 x 40 minute sets.
How long does it take you to set up?
Once we have access to the room, our setup usually takes around 45 minutes - 1 hour.
Do you take requests?
Included in the price we are able to learn one song/first dance for you. If you have any other requests please let us know and we will see what we can do for you.
Can we pick our own set list?
You will have the choice of two setlists: one ‘vintage’ playlist, with some older songs from our repertoire, and one ‘modern’ playlist with some more modern hits. Both playlists change frequently as we mix up the setlists with different songs from our repertoire.
We will send you both setlists once you have contacted us so you can make your decision.
What is the free disco/manned disco?
The free disco means that you have use of our PA system speakers to play music through, before, inbetween, and after our sets (until 12am). We also have a great spotify wedding playlist we are happy to play for you, or if you have your own personalised playlist, we can put it on for you!
The manned part means that we will be by the speakers all night accepting any song requests from your guests!
Please let us know if you want your own playlist on so that we can get it all sorted before the big day.
